Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support for Operations team
  • Coordinating day to day tasks with the General Manager and the Operations Manager
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data in response to special requests
  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Organize and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Other administrative tasks as needed


  • Self-starter with superb people skills and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills – Written and Verbal
  • 2+ years’ experience working in administration for logistics / transportation
  • Diploma / Degree in business administration or operations
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Must have a Personal Vehicle to drive to work
  • Criminal Record check is mandatory
